How to help correctly

What should you do if you have an epileptic seizure?

Prof. Hamer, spokesman for the Epilepsy Center and senior physician in our neurology department, explains how to help properly:

1. stable lateral position
2. do not put anything in the mouth
3. remove sources of danger, but do not hold on to them
4. call the emergency services (112) - if the person has not regained consciousness after 2-5 minutes.
